PollerGEN Public Engagement Activities

The team have been involved in various public engagement activities:

• To search for the project on Twitter, we are using the hashtag #PollerGEN
• Georgina gave a presentation on the research aims at the University of Wurzburg whilst attending a metabarcoding summer school event.
• Yolanda gave an interview on the project with BBC Look North.
• Carsten put out a press release in the December 2015 issue of the International Aerobiology Newsletter (https://goo.gl/p0MdcT).
• Carsten and University of Worcester published a press release on the University of Worcester website (http://goo.gl/58q4fL).
• Carsten was interviewed by BBC Midlands on 22nd October 2015 (http://goo.gl/jS1Wmy).
